What does CashCaw do?

CashCaw helps a store owner or agency move from a business idea to an editable ecommerce storefront. A user can create a free manual store skeleton or use a paid plan with AI credits to generate structured products, pages, policy drafts, SEO metadata, storefront sections, and a launch checklist.

CashCaw is a store-building and operations platform. It does not replace the merchant’s responsibility to review product claims, prices, taxes, policies, generated content, and legal obligations before launch.

Store creation options

Free manual store creation

Store owners begin on the Free plan. They can create a manual store foundation with core pages and policies without connecting a custom domain or consuming AI credits. The default Free-plan capacity is one store.

AI-assisted store generation

Paid plans include AI credits. Before a chargeable generation action begins, CashCaw shows the scope and credit requirement for confirmation. Generated output remains editable and can be refined through the store workspace.

What can CashCaw generate?

  • Store structure: navigation, homepage sections, categories, and core page outlines.
  • Commerce drafts: draft products, descriptions, pricing context, media requirements, and merchandising structure.
  • Content and discovery: About, Contact, FAQ, SEO titles, descriptions, and policy drafts.
  • Launch preparation: readiness checks for store settings, compliance acknowledgements, checkout, content, and publishing.

AI output is a working draft, not a guarantee of accuracy, legal compliance, sales, traffic, or business performance.

Store management and commerce operations

Each store has dedicated work areas for products, categories, pages, policies, design, analytics, marketing, settings, launch readiness, notifications, checkout, orders, fulfillment, and digital-product delivery. Store-specific tools remain in the store navigation so global account management stays separate.

Design marketplace

The CashCaw marketplace separates three product types so merchants can change one design layer without silently replacing the others:

  • Themes control approved visual tokens such as color, typography, corners, and density.
  • Layouts arrange supported components and responsive page regions.
  • Component Packs provide approved presentation recipes for trusted platform components.

Marketplace packages are declarative and versioned. They cannot execute arbitrary PHP, Blade, JavaScript, SQL, remote APIs, or custom checkout behavior. Stores pin exact versions until an authorized user chooses to update or roll back.

Agency and client workflows

Agencies can create client stores in staging, invite a client to review the work, record approval, and transfer ownership when the client is ready. Agency plans provide different client-store and AI-credit capacities. Agencies do not have a permanent free plan.

Developer Studio

Approved developers and agencies can use Developer Studio to create independent Themes, Layouts, or Component Packs. The studio provides typed controls, isolated sample content, validation, autosave revisions, asset management, semantic versioning, and an administrator review process. Publishing one product type never requires publishing the other two.

Billing, subscriptions, and AI credits

Paid platform plans use Stripe Checkout and signed webhook confirmation. Saving a payment method alone does not activate a subscription. Monthly AI credits are attached to eligible paid invoices, consumed before separately purchased credits, and tracked in an auditable wallet.

Current plan prices, included credits, capacities, and introductory offers are shown on the pricing page before checkout.

Affiliate program

Approved affiliates can share a unique referral link. Eligible referred customers receive the configured introductory discount, while commission is calculated only from qualifying paid subscription subtotal. Affiliate participation can be added to an owner or agency account, or used without a commercial workspace. See the affiliate program details.

Safety, control, and accessibility

  • Merchants retain control of store content and publishing decisions.
  • Paid AI actions require an explicit credit confirmation.
  • Marketplace installations require entitlement and compatibility checks.
  • Store design changes create revision records that support controlled rollback.
  • Public and workspace interfaces use semantic structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus, responsive layouts, and descriptive validation.
