Terms of Service

These terms govern access to CashCaw websites, workspaces, marketplace features, and related services.

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using CashCaw, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use CashCaw for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, and activity under your account. Notify CashCaw promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification, limit access, or suspend activity to protect users, transactions, or the service.

3. Stores, content, and AI-assisted output

You retain responsibility for store content, products, claims, prices, policies, customer communications, and legal compliance. You grant CashCaw the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, back up, and transmit content to provide the service. AI-assisted output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before publication or business use.

4. Marketplace products

Marketplace Themes, Layouts, and Component Packs are independently licensed products. Publishers must own or have permission to distribute submitted materials and must accurately describe compatibility, licensing, and support. CashCaw may review, reject, suspend, deprecate, or remove listings or versions for safety, integrity, legal, or policy reasons.

5. Payments, credits, and refunds

Prices, taxes, platform fees, credit usage, renewal terms, and applicable refund conditions are shown in the relevant checkout or confirmation flow. AI credits are usage units, not currency, and may be subject to plan and expiration rules disclosed at purchase. Payment and payout services may be provided by third parties under their own terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use CashCaw to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; bypass security or usage controls; interfere with the service; submit deceptive, infringing, or unsafe marketplace materials; facilitate fraud; scrape or access data without authorization; or use the platform for products or conduct prohibited by applicable payment or service providers.

7. Service changes and availability

We may modify, add, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance or respond to security incidents. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material service changes will be communicated where appropriate.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashCaw is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without implied warranties. CashCaw is not legal, tax, accounting, or business advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashCaw and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to CashCaw for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Termination

You may stop using CashCaw at any time and may request account deletion subject to retention requirements. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk, nonpayment, abuse, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as CashCaw evolves. Material changes will be identified by an updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Questions may be sent to support@cashcaw.com.
